Steve  Kohls  and  Tim  Finney  became  neighbors  in  2017  and  joined  forces  working  together  in  2020,  offering  their  complimentary  strengths  to  customers.    Steve  has  a business  degree  and  a  background  in  commercial  real  estate,  dealing  with  large  commercial  developments  and  tenant  improvement construction  projects  since  1999.    Tim is  a  veteran  of  the  U.S.  Army,  where  he  served  for  20 years, working  on  hydraulics,  electronics  and  mechanics.    He  has  been  working  hands-on  construction  full  time since  1995  and  has  built  houses,  decks  and  townhomes  all  over  El  Paso  County  in  roles  as  a  carpenter  and  superintendent.    Additionally,  he  has  completed  countless  basement  finishes  and  remodeling  projects  in  the  area.    Both  Steve  and  Tim  have  a  passion  for  carpentry,  building  outdoors  (all  year  around),  especially  when  the  Rocky  Mountains can  be  seen  in  the  backdrop.
